Haruo Niijima

A versatile member of the Newspaper Club and the Shinpaku Alliance, this clever strategist excels in stealth, lock picking, and technical sabotage. Although he avoids direct confrontation, he uses psychological warfare and hit-and-run tactics to destabilize enemies. Initially a bully targeting Kenichi, his role shifts dramatically as he begins relying on Kenichi's growing strength for protection. Through clever manipulation, he eventually helps establish Kenichi as the vital leader and defender of their group.
