Ensei Rou

A mysterious wanderer who first appeared collapsed from heat exhaustion, this traveler was warmly welcomed into Shuurei’s home. An old acquaintance of Seiran from the Brown Province, he affectionately refers to the warrior as "The Little Whirlwind," though their bond remains somewhat tense. While Seiran is away fighting bandits, he serves as Shuurei’s temporary bodyguard and manages the Department of Treasury and Taxation, secretly protecting the area from nighttime thieves.
