Shuuei Ran is the fourth son of the prestigious Ran clan and serves as a General of the Shaorin army. A master swordsman, he maintains a composed yet playful demeanor. He claims a deep bond with his "best friend" Kouyuu, though he often spends his time teasing him about his rigid ideals. Known for frequenting the Red Light District, Shuuei is a notorious womanizer who uses his wit to provoke his companions during long, idle shifts.
