Shizuri Mugino

Shizuri Mugino is the fourth-ranked Level 5 esper in Academy City. She utilizes an ability called "Meltdowner" to manipulate electrons into destructive, melting beams. As the leader of the underground organization ITEM, she operates with a sadistic and battle-hungry temperament, frequently looking down on those she deems inferior. Although she maintains a protective bond with her teammates, her ruthless nature means she will discard anyone who stands in the way of her victory.
