Eadric

Eadric is a noble earl motivated by a desperate need to protect his kin. Originally a devoted follower of Ethelred II, he is eventually coerced into pledging his service to Canute to ensure his family's survival. This position leaves him caught in a web of conflicting loyalties and a dangerous political landscape where survival depends on the shifting tides of power and betrayal.
