Blue Keeper

Blue Keeper commands the Blue Battalion. He previously worked within a criminal gang to provide funding for a local orphanage, but Akabane eventually forced him into military service through blackmail. This transition bridged the gap between his life in organized crime and his current role as a high-ranking battlefield strategist. Despite these origins, he directs his troops with disciplined authority.
