Kazutoshi Gotou

Though he often loses his temper with Yakumo due to the latter's contrary nature, he views him as family and cares deeply for his well-being. Whenever a case involves paranormal elements, he relies on Yakumo’s unique expertise. Despite his rough exterior and tendency to blame himself for failed investigations, he possesses a genuinely kind heart and remains dedicated to his difficult profession.
