Moeka Takahara

A student in the third-D class, this Japanese cadet participated in a lacrosse match with classmates Akane and Asakura. During training, he served in squad 207A under Jinguuji Marimo, with Akane leading the group. After completing the CCSE, he joined the Valkyries alongside Akane, Haruko, Tae, and Asakura.
