While he didn't create the legendary dinosaur cards, he pioneered the Move Cards and spends his days at Zeta Point experimenting with them. After a failed time travel attempt stranded him in the present, he constantly tasks his subordinates, Ursula, Zander, and Ed, with retrieving lost cards. Despite his frequent scientific failures and explosive inventions, his schemes remain a constant threat.
