Hyou is an elite operative and assassin within The Order, ranking among the most powerful fighters in the JAA. His appearance is marked by heavy chain necklaces, numerous piercings, and a metallic piece covering his lower jaw. While he works alongside other high-ranking members, his deep-seated distrust and frequent hostility toward Nagumo create constant tension during missions.
