As Carter's son and childhood companion to Keith and Aisha, this character became a devoted servant to the Neotopian government. Upon learning the village withheld information about Noa's arrival, he acted out of rage by killing his father and initiating the destruction of Lato. His ambition led him to seek a radically authoritarian form of governance in Neotopia. Later, he attempted to assassinate Noa, leading to a confrontation with Aisha, and ultimately met his end in a fight with Keith.
