Eriko Hirano is one of Sawako's earliest and most loyal friends. An energetic classmate, she forms a deep bond with the protagonist as Sawako begins to socialize. Her peers often call her "Ekko." Through her warm personality and supportive nature, she helps Sawako manage the complexities of high school friendships and serves as a cornerstone of the main group.
