Poom Poom

Born from the memories of Mamoru Oikawa and later reshaped by Akane Kojima, this mysterious entity was originally brought to life by Manaka Kisaragi. He wanders through lives, offering balloons to those burdened by deep regret over their past choices. By performing this ritual, he strips individuals of their childhood aspirations, allowing those stolen dreams to play freely with him in Paisley Park while leaving the original owners as hollow, empty shells.
