Shizuka Kuze

Shizuka Kuze is an isolated schoolgirl who becomes the first human friend of the alien Takopi. She endures frequent bullying from her classmates, fueled by the social stigma surrounding her mother’s profession as a hostess. Increasingly withdrawn and lonely, Shizuka finds her only true comfort in her pet dog, Chappy, who serves as her sole refuge from a harsh reality.
