Riyou

As the former mistress of the powerful ruler Fu-ou, who once governed Sai, this character was a prostitute before her transformation. Fu-ou elevated her to sage status and granted her dominion over the Suibi Grotto. Following his passing, she maintained her elevated position and wealth. Possessing a harsh and irritable nature, she manipulated Suzu into becoming a sage in exchange for servitude, consistently abusing him until he remained powerless.
