This character frequently appears across the first two seasons, displaying a deep passion for fish while riding a bicycle adorned with a fish-themed apron. While initially feigning ignorance about net battling, this individual is secretly the enigmatic Net Battler known as Commander Beef and operates the Net Navi Sharkman. He also leads the Net Agents, a group dedicated to combating online crimes. Outside of these roles, he is shown to be affectionate towards Mariko-sensei, though his attention is often challenged by the nerdy Higure Yamitaro.
