Tadashi Daiba

Serving as the viewer's window into Captain Harlock's universe, this fourteen-year-old orphan carries a heavy burden of loss. After losing his scientist father to the Mazone and his mother to government negligence on Triton, he finds refuge among the Arcadia's crew. Although he initially clashes with Harlock’s stoic leadership, the young survivor eventually overcomes his early friction to become a vital, dependable member of the ship's senior officer staff.
