Cologne

Cologne is a centenarian martial arts master and the great-grandmother of Shampoo. She runs a Cat Café in Furinkan and is a contemporary of Happosai. Using a gnarled staff, she employs Amazonian techniques ranging from pressure point strikes to elemental manipulation. Despite her deep knowledge of magic and mythology, she primarily uses her wisdom to tease Ranma, frequently pushing for his marriage to Shampoo just to enjoy his frustration.
