Darui

Darui is a Kumogakure jōnin who serves as the Commander of the Allied Shinobi Forces' First Division. He is known for his easy-going personality and his tendency to describe situations as "dull." While he maintains a laid-back attitude, he remains a loyal subordinate to the Fourth Raikage. As a master of Storm Release, he combines water and lightning techniques, including the rare Black Lightning. His large chakra reserves and mastery of kenjutsu allow him to overwhelm skilled opponents in combat.
