Bando

Bando is a Special Assault Team soldier in his mid-30s defined by a murderous apathy that rivals the most dangerous Diclonius. After surviving a brutal encounter with Lucy, he underwent extensive cybernetic augmentation to replace lost limbs. He now pursues a singular mission of vengeance using heavy weaponry, including RPGs and .50 caliber Desert Eagles. At close range, his high-caliber rounds are capable of bypassing vector shields, making him an exceptionally lethal combatant.
