This individual belongs to the Hanjuujin, a group born from ancient research that integrated animal genes into humans. They possess strength comparable to elemental users, though their existence was abruptly halted and they were relocated. Reiyon's appearance is a significant event, first shown in the latter part of episode 21 before being fully revealed in episode 22.
