Hitagi Senjougahara

Hitagi Senjougahara is the primary female lead of Bakemonogatari and a classmate of Koyomi Araragi. She initially presents as a cold, aggressive "tsundere" masking a profound secret. After an encounter with a mysterious crab caused her to lose much of her physical weight, she isolated herself using verbal threats. As she develops a romantic bond with Koyomi, she gradually heals from past traumas, transitioning from a sharp-tongued loner into a more cheerful and affectionate companion.
