Mr. Outside

Mr. Outside acts as an unseen force that selects twelve Japanese citizens to serve as the Seleção. By providing these individuals with specialized Noblesse phones, the entity tasks them with restoring national stability through any means necessary. The mission carries deadly stakes; if a participant fails their objective or recklessly exhausts their funds, Mr. Outside dispatches lethal "Supporters" to eliminate them.
