Gimual Iskui

Following the Lido raid, this individual assumes command of Killy's next mission in Uoodo. As the Chief of Police, they exploit their authority to direct valuable jijirium to the Secret Society. The survival of Chirico during the attack escalates Iskui's anxiety as the Melkian army begins to track Chirico into his presence.
