Osamu Akaishi

Osamu Akaishi grew up alongside Kō and Wakaba, driven by a motivation that is as much about memory as it is about competition. While he possessed a 100 km/h fastball as a child, he moved to the catcher position to fulfill Wakaba’s final wish of seeing Kō pitch at Kōshien. This transition was shaped by childhood jealousy and his lingering connection to Wakaba, feelings that now draw him toward Akane. Currently playing for the prefab team, Osamu remains a fierce competitor with a spirited, often combative, personality.
