Serving as the captain of the Second Ship, this polite official maintains a relaxed attitude toward his duties while consistently delivering excellent results. Though he often presents a friendly smile, his true motives remain shrouded in mystery, making him difficult to read. After welcoming Gareki and Nai onto his vessel, he places them under the care of Yogi and Tsukumo. In combat, he utilizes a cane to execute his signature vacuum-based technique known as Vakuum.
