Commander Red

Leading the notorious Red Ribbon Army, this ambitious commander claims to seek global domination, yet his secret motive is far more trivial: using the Dragon Balls to increase his height. This selfish obsession causes a rift with Assistant Black, who argues that risking the entire organization for a personal whim is a path to ruin. Refusing to change course, the commander is ultimately assassinated by his own subordinate, leading to the group's rebranding as the Black Ribbon Army.
