An energetic and bubbly Level 0 student, this classmate of Uiharu is easily recognized by the signature flower in her hair. While her playful and sometimes shameless personality makes her a beloved friend, she struggles with the envy of being powerless. This longing leads her to use the experimental "Level Upper" device, an event that plunges her into a coma. Through the intervention of the device's creator, she eventually begins a slow journey toward recovery.
