Francesca is a performer who bonds with three Chingling, one of whom, adorned with a green ribbon, is notably more spirited and affectionate. Despite initial struggles using them in combat, Francesca eventually gains confidence, mastering their abilities to successfully battle against rivals like James and Mime Jr. After being kidnapped by Team Rocket, her relationship with the Chingling deepens, especially as James develops an affinity for the ribbon-wearing one.
