Tooru Rikiishi

Tooru Rikiishi is a welterweight fighter from the Shiraki gym who uses a hybrid, orthodox style to control the ring. He first met Joe while serving time in a juvenile detention center, a consequence of a violent outburst triggered by a spectator's insult.
