Operating the famous Rip-off Bar on the Sabaody Archipelago, this sharp-witted former pirate goes by the nickname Shakky. Alongside her companion Rayleigh, she once navigated the seas, even evading the legendary Monkey D. Garp. Driven by the belief that knowledge is power, she obsessively tracks pirate bounties and news. While she is notorious for her exorbitant bar prices, she shows kindness to the Straw Hat crew and remains a supportive ally to Luffy’s journey.
