Emerging from the electromagnetic field during the appearance of the mysterious Echoes light, this entity formed from fragmented memories. Lacking a true face, it randomly adopted the likeness of Minako Yurihara, though it eventually renamed itself Boogiepop Phantom to honor the original legend. While it shares a mission to confront global threats alongside the true Boogiepop, this phantom figure operates driven by its own secretive and personal motives.
