An Aztec sorcerer and former high-ranking member of the Return of the Winged One, this mage was tasked with spying on Academy City’s Kamijou Faction. While operating under the guise of Mitsuki Unabara, he sought to destabilize the balance between magic and science by targeting Mikoto Misaka. Despite his mission to monitor Touma Kamijou, a direct confrontation led to his defeat. Eventually joining GROUP, he struggled with conflicting loyalties after developing unexpected feelings for Mikoto.
