Vulcan was once ranked as the Empire's mightiest warrior alongside Mars. Together, the pair orchestrated a scheme to eliminate Dio by providing false information regarding Luna's location, successfully diverting the attention of both Dio and Leda. During combat, Vulcan fought as part of this duo, utilizing immense physical strength and a giant scythe arm. After Mars was defeated in battle, Vulcan survived only because Dio recognized his dependency on his partner. He eventually revealed Luna's true location and faced Braiking Boss, defeating him in a decisive confrontation.
