Chapel the Evergreen

Chapel the Evergreen was a high-ranking assassin in the plant-worshipping Eye of Michael and once served as Wolfwood's mentor. A confrontation with his former student left him paralyzed, but extensive cybernetic enhancements allow him to retain superhuman strength and rapid healing. Though he relies on a wheelchair, he wields a massive, split-barreled cross machine gun. After adopting the orphan Nicholas, Chapel meets a violent end at the hands of Knives following a failed attempt to resist Legato's control.
