Il Palazzo leads the secret organization ACROSS, driven by an ambition to achieve global domination and "rescue" a world he views as corrupt and ignorant. Though his supernatural abilities and cat-like eyes present a significant threat, his personality is far from one-dimensional. He often retreats from his grand schemes to pursue mundane hobbies, such as playing the guitar. His pursuit of power is ultimately complicated by deep psychological instability, specifically his struggle with multiple personality disorder.
