Wato Chiyoko

A confident and somewhat aggressive tomboy, this high school student plays a vital role in The Three Eyed One as Sharaku’s close companion and guardian. She uniquely possesses the ability to manipulate the bandage that suppresses his sinister third eye. In the Black Jack TV adaptation, her role shifts to Sharaku’s older sister, where she frequently scolds him about his academic responsibilities and encourages him to develop greater self-assurance.
