Daigo Aoki

Daigo Aoki is a member of the 92nd class at Tōtsuki Culinary Academy and a resident of the Polar Star Dormitory. As part of the academy's ninth-decade generation, he manages the intense pressures of elite culinary training alongside his dormitory peers. Through life in the dorms, he contributes to the tight-knit community shared by the academy's most ambitious aspiring chefs.
