Donatello

Donatello was once a dedicated Balancer working alongside Kaburagi. His career ended abruptly when Kaburagi’s rogue actions led to Donatello's dismissal and subsequent transfer to the Bug Correction Facility. He now serves as an enforcer within the facility, relying on his immense physical power to maintain order. He uses this strength to keep the resident cyborgs under strict, heavy-handed control.
