This gentle, elderly gentleman is a regular patron of Time of Eve. He acts as a kind guardian figure to Chie, often finding himself exasperated by the young one's playful behavior. Despite his occasional fussing, he displays a warm nature, frequently showing affection through charming, feline gestures to gain Chie's attention.
