Reijirou Enokizu

A former college senior to Kyougokudou and Sekiguchi, this eccentric private investigator shares a close bond with Kyougokudou due to their mutual oddities. As the founder of the "Rose and Cross" agency, he utilizes a unique supernatural ability to view the lingering memories of others, a power gained after nearly losing his sight during a childhood war. Though he is a childhood friend of Kiba, his notorious difficulty remembering names often leads him to playfully tease Sekiguchi.
