Hirokazu Arai

Hirokazu Arai is a new recruit in Tokyo Special Division 4, working under Makima’s command alongside his partner, Kobeni Higashiyama. As a Public Safety Devil Hunter, he utilizes a contract with the Fox Devil to fight. While he underwent six months of training under Himeno, his combat skills are still developing; however, he makes up for this lack of experience through sheer determination and a protective instinct toward his teammates. In his downtime, he finds peace by composing haikus.
