Happousai

Happousai is a legendary master of Anything Goes Martial Arts. Though small in stature, he shares a complicated history with Soun and Genma. His immense power is often undermined by his uncontrollable lecherous impulses and obsession with panty raids. Currently residing at the Tendou Dojo, he pushes Ranma through rigorous training while frequently targeting the household's women for his perverted exploits. Despite his mastery of deceptive magical techniques, his overwhelming lust remains his singular weakness.
