A Russian infant, born with a severe illness, underwent extreme mental enhancement procedures by his father, a renowned but deranged brain surgeon, against his mother's wishes. Taken in by Black Ghost, this child became the inaugural member of the secretive 00-Cyborg program. His augmented mind grants him powerful psychic abilities like telepathy and telekinesis, though his infantile body sometimes struggles to contain these powers, leading to bouts of sleep. He currently serves as the leader among the 00 Cyborgs, awaiting further technological development.
