As the leader of the Ome Foundation, a mercenary group, this character plays a pivotal role in a grand scheme to topple the Buff Clan emperor through an alliance with Doba Ajiba. When initial efforts faltered, he partnered with Doba aboard the flagship Bairal Jin. Furthermore, he was key to developing the Gando Rowa, which became the Buff Clan's most formidable weapon.
