While he attempts to care for her, his rejection-fueled tantrums often lead to destructive fits of rage and outbursts of violence, though he never truly harms her. He is primarily motivated by her unique ability to manipulate water, a precious resource on their desert world that he believes is the essential key to securing his absolute conquest.
