Harry MacDowel

Known as "Bloody Harry," this ambitious strategist once served as Brandon Heat's closest companion and original crew leader in Desolation Alley. After ascending through the ranks of the Millennion syndicate, he eventually seized control of the entire organization. Although he officially embraced the "Code of Iron" and its principles of absolute loyalty, he secretly manipulated events and orchestrated backroom deals to manipulate the hierarchy, ultimately betraying the very family he helped lead to the top.
