Shoukou

Serving as the corrupt governor of Shisui Prefecture, this tyrant threatens the stability of Queen Youko’s new reign through excessive taxation and cruelty. After his carriage strikes the blind boy Seishuu, a rebellion led by Koshou and Sekki rises to challenge his authority. Driven by the discovery that he abducted her mentor, Enho, Youko joins the resistance to confront his immense self-indulgence. Though his defeat is inevitable, Youko spares his life to interrogate him regarding his many crimes.
