Working under the powerful En within the Magic User’s domain, this struggling mage possesses limited abilities that only manifest during moments of extreme crisis. After witnessing a friend’s death at the hands of the mutated Caiman, he accidentally performs a feat of high-level magic to escape. Driven by a desire for vengeance, he tracks down the specialist Ebisu, rescuing her from Caiman’s jaws at the cost of her sanity. He now accompanies the extermination team to protect the traumatized Ebisu.
