Risei Kotomine

An elderly priest and overseer of the third and fourth Holy Grail Wars, this man serves as a close ally to Tokiomi Tōsaka. While he prides himself on Kirei’s success as an heir, he remains oblivious to his son's true nature. Driven by a desire to help Kirei find purpose after his recent widowhood, he secretly manipulates Kirei’s transfer to the Mage's Association to ensure Tokiomi secures the Grail.
